Coss Handbook Due to changes published in module AM, issue 3, with the reissue of RT3181, Line blockage form (T2/T12) and changes included in module T7, Safe systems of work when walking or working on or near the line, issue 3, there has been a need to amend the contents of RS/502, the COSS handbook. It is proposed to reissue the COSS handbook in December 2007 when module T2 is revised and reissued. However, it is not practicable to reissue the COSS handbook for the small amount of changes at present. Instead a small 4 pages leaflet has been produced containing the updates to the COSS handbook. This leaflet is available on the RSSB and NCCA websites and be printed off by owners of the COSS handbook. |
