  GC/RC5602 January 1994 1 Raising and Removing Temporary Speed Restrictions
This code of practice defines the requirements that must be met before a temporary speed restriction may be raised or removed following engineering work. The requirements of this code of practice also apply when a track is re-opened to traffic at line speed following engineering work. It also states the requirements for those authorised to remove or raise temporary speed restrictions.
