Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T10 sets out the requirements for designated persons, rolling stock technicians and any person working on a vehicle or in a siding.


  GE/RT8000/T11 Issue 2 January 2007 2 T11 - Movements of engineering trains under T3 arrangements
Rule Book module T11 sets out the requirements for the movement of engineering trains and on-track plant entering, during and leaving a possession.
The reissue of module T11 will feature changes such as engineering trains entering and leaving a possession, making multiple movements of OTP, movements over level crossings within the possession, additional instructions for the driver or machine controller and clarification on instructions for propelling.

  GE/RT8000/T12 Issue 3 October 2007 3 T12 - Protecting personnel carrying out activities on the line that do not affect the safety of the line.
Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T12 sets out the requirements for signallers, controllers of site safety (COSS) and individual working alone (IWA) for protecting staff who are carrying out activities on the line that do not affect the safety of the line. The reisuue of the module T12 will incorporate changes which were previously published in module AM.


  GE/RT8000/T1A Issue 2 October 2007 2 T1A - Work on Signalling Equipment
Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T1A sets out the requirements for signallers, signalling technicians and operations control when signalling equipment is inoperative because of a failure or it is being maintained. It also covers new signalling which is being brought into use. The reissue of T1A is the culmination of a thorough review of the instructions associated with the signaller and the technician when signalling equipment has become inoperative because of a failure or it is being maintained.


  GE/RT8000/T1B Issue 2 October 2007 2 T1B - Movement of trains during failure of, or when working on, signalling equipment
Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T1B sets out the requirements for signallers and operations control when making arrangements for the movement of trains during the time the signalling equipment is not fully operative. The reissue of T1B is the conclusion of a thorough review of the instructions for signallers maintaining train movements during the time signalling equipment cannot be operated because it is failed or it is being maintained.


  GE/RT8000/T2 Issue 2 October 2007 2 T2 - Protecting engineering work or a hand trolley on a line not under possession
Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T2 sets out the requirements for Signallers, controllers of site safety (COSS), individual working alone (IWA) and protection controller (PC) in protecting engineering work not under possession. It also includes instructions for protecting a hand trolley on a line not under possession.


  GE/RT8000/T3 January 2007 2 T3 - Possession of the line for engineering work
Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T3 sets out the requirements for signallers, person in charge of a possession (PICOP) and engineering supervisor in making the arrangements for a possession of the line for engineering work.

  GE/RT8000/T4 October 2006 2 T4 - Possession of a siding for engineering work
Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T4 sets out the requirements for signallers or ground frame operator, person in charge of a siding and a person in charge of a T4 possession in making the arrangements for the possession of a siding. It also contains instructions when OTP is being on or off tracked in a siding.


  GE/RT8000/T5 June 2003 1 T5 - Operating power-operated points by hand
Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T5 sets out the requirements for signallers, point operators and agent in the operation of power-operated point by hand that cannot be used normally because of a failure.


  GE/RT8000/T6 Issue 2 October 2007 2 T6 - Walking as a group and working on near the line
Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T6 sets out the requirements for anyone who is required to walk as part of a group or work on or near the line or they are acting as a site warden or lookout. The reissue of module T6 will incorporate changes which were previously published in module AM.

  GE/RT8000/T8 Issue 2 October 2007 2 T8 - Handsignalling duties
Rule Book module GE/RT8000/T8 sets out the requirements for anyone who carries out the duties of a handsignaller. The reissue of module T8 will incorporate changes which were previously published in module AM.
